摘要
角膜基质透镜移植手术是近年来发展起来的一种新型移植技术,其利用飞秒激光近视或近视散光矫正术中取出的健康角膜基质透镜作为供体材料,用于治疗远视、散光、圆锥角膜、角膜变性等多种眼病。随着角膜屈光性透镜取出术在全球范围内的广泛开展,角膜基质透镜的来源日益丰富,为角膜基质透镜移植手术的临床应用提供了充足的供体材料,也为屈光不正和一些角膜病变的治疗拓展了新的途径。目前,角膜基质透镜移植手术已在国内外开展并受到关注,但在角膜基质透镜的应用和手术管理等方面尚未形成规范,影响治疗的有效性、安全性及效果评价。中国民族卫生协会眼学科分会屈光学组和视光专家委员会组织相关领域专家在深入分析国内外最新研究进展和总结大量临床实践的基础上,针对目前相关领域存在的主要问题,共同制定《角膜基质透镜移植手术技术规范专家共识(2025)》,旨在为角膜基质透镜移植手术的临床应用提出指导意见,以提升手术的安全性和有效性。
Corneal stromal lenticule transplantation surgery is a new type of transplantation technique developed in recent years.It uses healthy corneal stromal lenticules extracted from keratorefractive lenticule extraction for the correction of myopia and myopic astigmatism as donor materials to treat various corneal diseases,such as hyperopia,astigmatism,keratoconus,and corneal dystrophy.With the widespread development of keratorefractive lenticule extraction worldwide,the sources of corneal stromal lenticules are becoming increasingly abundant,providing sufficient donor materials for the clinical application of corneal stromal lenticule transplantation surgery and expanding new avenues for the treatment of refractive errors and some corneal diseases.At present,corneal stromal lenticule transplantation surgery has been carried out and received attention both nationally and internationally.However,there is no standardized application or surgical management of corneal stromal lenticules,which affects the effectiveness,safety,and evaluation of treatment.The Division of Refractive Surgery and Committee of Optometry Experts,Branch of Ophthalmology,China National Health Association organized experts in relevant fields to conduct in-depth analysis of the latest research progress information nationally and internationally and summarize a large amount of clinical practice.Based on the main problems currently existing in the relevant fields,they performed the Expert consensus on surgical techniques for corneal stromal lenticule transplantation(2025),aiming to provide guidance for the clinical application of corneal stromal lenticule transplantation surgery to improve surgical safety and effectiveness.
