摘要
目的:探讨一对一互动模式联合阻力呼吸训练在中晚期肺癌化疗患者护理中的应用效果.方法:选取2022年1月至2024年1月本院收治的102例中晚期肺癌化疗患者作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将其分为研究组(n=51,采用一对一互动模式联合阻力呼吸训练)和对照组(n=51,采用常规护理联合阻力呼吸训练).两组患者均干预2个月.比较两组患者干预前后肺功能指标、癌性疲乏量表(CFS)评分及生存质量测定问卷(QLQ-C30)评分.结果:干预后,研究组患者的肺活量占预计值的百分比(FVC%pred)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV^(1)%pred)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的CFS评分低于对照组,QLQ-C30评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:联合应用一对一互动模式与阻力呼吸训练可改善中晚期肺癌化疗患者肺功能,减轻癌性疲乏,提高患者生存质量.
Objective:To explore the application effect of one-on-one interactive nursing combined with resistance breathing training in patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 102 patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into study group(n=15,received one-on-one interactive mode combined with resistance breathing training)and control group(n=15,received conventional nursing combined with resistance breathing training)according to random number table method.Both groups received intervention for 2 months.The lung function indicators,cancer fatigue scale(CFS)score,and quality of life questionnaire(QLQ-C30)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the forced vital capacity percentage of predicted value(FVC%pred),forced expiratory volume in the first second percentage of predicted value(FEV^(1)%pred),and maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV)of study group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CFS score of study group was lower than that of control group,and the QLQ-C30 scores of study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The one-on-one interactive mode combined with resistance breathing training can enhance lung function of patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy,alleviate their cancer-related fatigue,and improve the quality of life.
