摘要
目的:探讨医护患一体化干预模式在老年胸腰椎骨折患者围手术期护理中的应用效果.方法:选取2023年12月至2024年5月本院收治的81例行手术治疗的老年胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象.按照护理模式,将其分为观察组(n=41,采用医护患一体化护理)和对照组(n=40,采用常规护理).两组患者均护理1个月.比较两组患者的临床指标、椎体功能、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分以及围手术期并发症的发生情况.结果:观察组患者的下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,两组患者的椎体前缘压缩率、Cobb角均低于同组干预前,且观察组患者的上述指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者的GQOLI-74评分均高于同组干预前,且观察组患者的评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者围手术期并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:医护患一体化护理有助于老年胸腰椎骨折患者的椎体功能恢复,提高其生活质量,并降低围手术期并发症的发生率.
Objective:To explore the effect of doctor-nurse-patient integration nursing on elderly patients with thoracolumbar fractures during perioperative period.Methods:A total of 81 elderly patients with thoracolumbar fractures treated in our hospital from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=41,receiving doctor-nurse-patient integration nursing)and control group(n=40,receiving conventional nursing)according to the nursing mode.The clinical indicators,vertebral function,generic quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)scores and perioperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The time to get out of bed,fracture healing time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After one-month intervention,the anterior vertebral compression ratio and Cobb angle in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and these indicators in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The perioperative complications incidence in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Doctor-nurse-patient integration nursing can promote the recovery of vertebral function in elderly patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures,improve life quality,and reduce the incidence of perioperative complications.
