摘要
目的:探讨家属参与式慢性病自我管理计划(CDSMP)护理模式对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)腹膜透析患者遵医行为的影响.方法:选取2024年1月至2024年12月于本院就诊的102例CRF腹膜透析患者作为研究对象.按护理方法,将其分为研究组(n=51,采用家属参与式CDSMP护理)和对照组(n=51,采用常规护理).比较两组患者遵医行为、生活质量、心理状况[采用简式抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)评估]及并发症.结果:研究组患者遵医率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理3个月后,研究组患者的肾脏病生活质量量表1.3评分高于对照组,DASS-21量表评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:家属参与式CDSMP护理模式能显著提升CRF腹膜透析患者遵医行为、生活质量,有效改善心理状况,同时降低并发症发生率.
Objective:To explore the effect of family-involved chronic disease self-management program(CDSMP)nursing model on patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Methods:A total of 102 CRF peritoneal dialysis patients who treated in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to the nursing method,they were divided into study group(n=51,received family-involved CDSMP nursing)and control group(n=51,received routine nursing).The compliance behavior,quality of life,psychological status[assessed by depression,anxiety and stress scales-21 items(DASS-21)]and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of patients in study group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the renal disease quality of life scale 1.3 score of study group was higher than that of control group,and the DASS-21 scale score was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family-involved CDSMP nursing model can significantly improve the compliance behavior and quality of life of CRF peritoneal dialysis patients,effectively improve their psychological status,and reduce the incidence of complications.
