摘要
发展乡村职业教育是乡村全面振兴的重要举措,是教育强国建设的重要内容,是实现社会主义现代化的重要环节。然而,当前职业教育在乡村的施行并不顺利,遭遇了来自乡村社会和职业教育本身的双重困境。职业教育与乡村发展的结合是一个百年未竟的历史性课题,黄炎培及其领导的中华职业教育社试图将职业教育与乡村发展相结合,以改进整个乡村,进而带动整个中国社会的现代化。因此,在中国式现代化发展的道路上,立足乡村振兴,回眸历史,从整体上阐述黄炎培目光转向乡村、发展乡村职业教育的认识过程和中华职业教育社以乡村职业教育为抓手,改进整个乡村的实践模式,希冀在思想和实践层面为发挥乡村职业教育在乡村全面振兴和教育强国建设中的重要作用提供历史镜鉴。
Developing rural vocational education is a crucial measure for the comprehensive revital⁃ization of rural areas,an essential component of building a leading country in education,and a vital step to⁃ward realizing socialist modernization.However,the implementation of vocational education in rural areas currently faces challenges from both rural society and the vocational education system itself.The integration of vocational education and rural development is a historical issue that remains unresolved after a century.Huang Yanpei and the China Vocational Education Association sought to integrate vocational education with rural development.Their goal was to improve the entire countryside and thereby drive the moderniza⁃tion of Chinese society.Therefore,on the path to Chinese-style modernization,grounded in rural revitaliza⁃tion and looking back at history,this paper elaborates on Huang Yanpei's shift in focus toward rural areas and his understanding of developing rural vocational education,as well as the practical model of the China Vocational Education Association in using rural vocational education as a lever to improve the entire coun⁃tryside.It aims to provide historical insights at both the ideological and practical levels for leveraging the important role of rural vocational education in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the con⁃struction of a leading country in education.
