摘要
当前工程检测行业在数据采集效率、处理智能化水平及成果交付形式等方面仍存在明显短板,难以满足工程质量管理日益精细化的发展需求。本文融合云计算、大数据、人工智能及物联网感知设备,提出了一种覆盖“数据采集—数据处理—成果交付”全流程的工程检测数字化技术体系。该体系创新性地实现了:(1)多模态数据的协同采集与智能解析;(2)基于大模型的非结构化数据半自动化标注与识别方法,有效提升数据处理效率;(3)检测成果与BIM模型的双向动态联动,形成标准化、可视化、可交互的交付模式。基于建科易检智慧检测平台的应用实践表明,该体系在桥梁定期检测等场景中,效率较传统方法提升167%,且已扩展至隧道与地下病害检测等14类业务场景,展现出良好的普适性与推广价值。研究结果为工程检测行业的数字化转型提供了可落地的技术路径与实践参考。
The engineering inspection industry still faces challenges such as low data collection efficiency,insufficient intelligence in data processing,and limited forms of result delivery,which restrict the refinement of quality management.This study integrates cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,and IoT sensing devices to construct a digital technology system for engineering inspection that covers the full process of"data collection-data processing-result delivery."The proposed system introduces three key innovations:(1)collaborative collection and intelligent parsing of multimodal data;(2)a semi-automatic annotation and recognition method for unstructured data based on large models,significantly improving processing efficiency;and(3)a bidirectional linkage mechanism between inspection results and BIM models,enabling standardized,visualized,and interactive result delivery.Application on the Jianke Easy Inspection platform demonstrates that the system improves efficiency by 167%in regular bridge inspection compared to traditional methods and has been extended to 14 types of scenarios such as tunnel and underground disease detection,showing strong universality and scalability.The findings provide a feasible technical path and practical reference for the digital transformation of the engineering inspection industry.
