基于层次分析法(AHP)的装配式混凝土建筑结构连接质量无损检测方法优选研究

摘要 在装配式混凝土建筑中,结构连接质量检测面临多种技术方案的选择难题,不同检测方法在精度、成本及操作特性上差异显著。针对检测方法优选问题,该研究提出了一种整合层次分析法(AHP)的决策支持模型。通过建立包含目标层、判断层与方案层的层次化评价体系,将专家经验与工程检测需求进行量化融合,对超声检测、冲击回波法、红外热像检测等技术展开系统性多维评价。研究结果表明,该模型可有效平衡检测精度、成本、效率等核心指标,为装配式建筑结构连接质量检测提供了科学的决策框架。 In prefabricated concrete buildings,the quality inspection of structural connection is faced with the difficulty of choosing a variety of technical schemes,and different inspection methods have significant differences in accuracy,cost and operating characteristics.Aiming at the optimization of detection methods,a decision support model integrating analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is proposed in this paper.Through the establishment of a hierarchical evaluation system including target layer,judgment layer and scheme layer,the expert experience and engineering inspection needs are quantitatively integrated,and the ultrasonic inspection,impact echo method,infrared thermal image inspection and other technologies are systematicaly multidimensional evaluation.The results show that the model can effectively balance the core indexes such as precision,cost and efficiency,and provide a scientific decision-making framework for the connection quality inspection of prefabricated building structures.
