摘要
近年来,我国国民经济发展速度很快,城市化建设也逐渐进入到了发展的黄金时期。这就推动了我国建筑行业的飞速发展,城市中建筑工程的数量和规模不断增加。现代建筑工程施工技术水平有了很大的提升,也出现了很多新的建筑模式,其中的装配式建筑的应用范围不断扩大,不过装配式建筑还处于发展阶段,在建筑设计方面还存在很多不成熟的地方。而在装配式建筑设计中采用BIM技术,能提高装配式建筑结构的合理性,对装配式建筑的发展具有重要的意义。对此,主要分析了装配式建筑的优势以及设计中存在的问题,进而探讨了装配式建筑设计中的BIM技术的应用方法,以供参考。
In recent years,China's national economy has developed rapidly,and the construction of urbanization has gradually entered a golden period of development.This has promoted the rapid development of China's construction industry,and the number and scale of construction projects in cities are increasing.Modern construction technology has been greatly improved,and many new building modes have emerged.Among them,the application scope of assembly building is expanding.However,assembly building is still in the stage of development,and there are still many immature areas in architectural design.The application of BIM technology in assembly building design can improve the rationality of assembly building structure,which is of great significance to the development of assembly building.In this regard,this paper mainly analyzed the advantages of assembly building and the problems in design,and then discussed the application of BIM technology in assembly building design for reference.
