摘要
我国是全球经济发展最快的国家之一，成批烧伤等重大灾难发生的危险系数明显增大。如何应对突发的重大成批烧伤是现存紧急医疗服务体系必须面对和亟待解决的问题口。。虽然我国建立了紧急医疗救治体系，但无论是顶层设计、体系配置、预案准备、培训教育，还是实际运作流程、医疗资源配置以及救治效率等方面均远远落后于社会发展的需求。笔者认为，适应国际灾难医学研究的大趋势，进一步加强我国成批烧伤紧急医疗救治体系建设，以提高应对重大灾难事件的整体能力刻不容缓。
Although clinical medicine of our country has made great progress in recent years, the rescue of massive burn casualties is still facing enormous challenges. No matter it is the top level design, system configuration, plan preparation, train- ing, education, or the operation process, the medical resource allocation, and the treatment efficiency, are far behind the de- mand of social development. Therefore, further strengthen the construction of emergency medical treatment system of massive burn is the unshirkable responsibility of burn medical workers in our country.
