摘要
通过分析森林防火装备实际使用的局限性,论述技术创新和全要素集成优化研究的必要性。研究表明:虽然目前我国森林防火装备在监测、通信与灭火技术等领域有了明显进步,但在复杂环境适应性,资源配置与系统协同等领域仍然存在缺陷。提出了要以全要素集成优化为主线,促进人工风力灭火,以水灭火和航空灭火装备协同,建立资源共享,信息互通和智能决策防火体系。通过技术创新,管理优化等手段,能够有效提高装备效能,使森林防火体系高效、精准、可持续发展,从而为生态安全的保障提供科技支撑。
In this article,the limitations of the actual use of forest fire prevention equipment were analyzed and the necessity of technological innovation and the research on the integrated optimization of all elements were discussed.Research showed that although China's forest fire prevention equipment had made significant progress in areas such as monitoring,communication and fire extinguishing technology,there were still deficiencies in areas such as adaptability to complex environments,resource allocation and system coordination.It was proposed to take the integrated optimization of all elements as the main line,promote the coordination of artificial wind power fire extinguishing,water fire extinguishing and aviation fire extinguishing equipment,and establish a fire prevention system featuring resource sharing,information exchange and intelligent decision-making.Through technological innovation,management optimization and other means,the efficiency of equipment could be effectively enhanced,enabling the forest fire prevention system to develop efficiently,precisely and sustainably,thereby providing technological support for the guarantee of ecological security..
