机制砂特性对高强混凝土的影响

摘要 本研究通过试验探究了机制砂的母岩性能、石粉含量、MB值、颗粒形态等因素对高强混凝土配制的影响。试验结果显示:机制砂的母岩特性是影响混凝土力学性能的关键因素之一。当机制砂母岩强度高于混凝土强度等级时,母岩强度对混凝土强度增长的助力有限。机制砂在生产过程中会产生大量石粉,对于低标号混凝土,较高石粉含量能有效弥补胶凝材料不足的情况,但对于高强混凝土,约3%的石粉含量较为适宜。MB值对混凝土性能影响显著,高强混凝土应选用MB值较小的机制砂。相较于天然砂,机制砂的颗粒形态相对欠佳,因此选择颗粒形态较好的机制砂,可较大程度改善混凝土性能。 This study explores the influence of factors such as the matrix properties,stone powder content,MB value,and particle morphology of manufactured sand on the preparation of high-strength concrete through experi‐ments.The experimental results show that the matrix characteristics of manufactured sand are one of the key factors affecting the mechanical properties of concrete.When the strength of the matrix of manufactured sand is higher than the strength grade of concrete,the contribution of the matrix strength to the growth of concrete strength is lim‐ited.A large amount of stone powder is generated during the production of manufactured sand.For low-grade con‐crete,a relatively high stone powder content can effectively make up for the shortage of cementitious materials.However,for high-strength concrete,a stone powder content of approximately 3%is more appropriate.The MB value has a significant impact on the performance of concrete.Manufactured sand with a smaller MB value should be se‐lected for high-strength concrete.Compared with natural sand,the particle morphology of manufactured sand is rela‐tively poor.Therefore,choosing manufactured sand with better particle morphology can significantly improve the performance of concrete.
