摘要
通过试验研究石灰岩干法机制砂在C35、C60强度等级混凝土中的取代率。当其在C35强度混凝土中掺量为50%时,混凝土28 d抗压强度为56.3 MPa,达到设计强度的161%。当其在C60强度混凝土中掺量为70%时,混凝土28 d抗压强度为78.6 MPa,达到设计强度的131%。石灰石干法机制砂有利于混凝土早期强度发展,宜用石灰石干法机制砂配制C60强度等级的混凝土,提高混凝土的强度保证率。
Experimental research on the substitution rate of limestone dry-processed manufactured sand in C35 and C60 strength grade concretes shows that when the substitution rate is 50%in C35 strength concrete,the 28-day compressive strength reaches 56.3 MPa,which is 161%of the design strength.When the substitution rate is 70%in C60 strength concrete,the 28⁃day compressive strength is 78.6 MPa,reaching 131%of the design strength.Limestone dry-processed manufactured sand is beneficial for early strength development of concrete and is suitable for preparing C60-grade concrete to improve the strength assurance rate.
