摘要
民营经济作为我国纺织行业最具活力与发展韧性的市场主体,对纺织行业“十五五”及今后一段时期稳步迈向高质量发展阶段、有力服务中国式现代化进程具有重要意义。总结了近年来纺织民营经济发展现状,梳理当前及新时期实现高质量发展面临的突出问题、堵点及障碍,以问题为导向,围绕财政、金融、税收、助企纾困等角度,提出相关政策措施建议。
As the most dynamic and resilient market entity in China's textile and apparel industry,the private economy plays a crucial role in enabling the textile and apparel industry to steadily advance into the stage of high-quality development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period and the subsequent period as well as in effectively serving the process of Chinese-style modernization.This paper summarizes the current development status of the private economy in the textile and apparel industry in recent years,sorts out the prominent issues,bottlenecks and obstacles faced in realizing high-quality development in the current and new periods,and takes a problem-oriented approach to put forward relevant policy and measure recommendations from the perspectives of finance,banking,taxation,and assisting enterprises in overcoming difficulties.
