摘要
纺织工业是传统支柱产业,数字化转型是其高质量发展的必然选择。在《纺织工业数字化转型实施方案》等政策的推动下,文章以信阳纺织产业为研究对象,探究科技创新政策驱动数字化转型的机制与效应。研究发现,政策通过构建“国家-地方”协同的政策工具体系、激活“采集—共享—应用”的数据要素价值链、升级“绿色化-智能化”产业生态等机制,有效推动产业实现生产效率提升、结构优化、绿色低碳转型及区域经济发展。在此过程中,政策引导龙头企业引领、中小企业协同,促进全产业链数据赋能与生态重构,为打破传统产业发展瓶颈、实现价值链跃升提供了实践路径。
The textile industry is a traditional pillar industry,and digital transformation is an inevitable choice for its high-quality development.Driven by policies such as the Implementation Plan for Digital Transformation of Textile Industry,this paper takes Xinyang’s textile industry as the research object to explore the mechanism and effect of scientific and technological innovation policy driving digital transformation.The study finds that the policy effectively promotes the industry to achieve production efficiency improvement,structural optimization,green and low-carbon transformation and regional economic drive by building a“national-local”collaborative policy tool system,activating the“collection-sharing-application”data element value chain,and upgrading the“green-intelligent”industrial ecology.In this process,policies guide leading enterprises to lead and small and medium-sized enterprises to coordinate,promote data empowerment and ecological reconstruction of the whole industry chain,and provide a practical path for breaking the bottleneck of traditional industry development and realizing the leap of the value chain.
