摘要
开展水利科普有利于增进公众水资源认知,推动水利事业发展。当前水利科普面临内容形式单一,受众定位模糊,政策支持与资源投入不足,专业队伍建设薄弱等困境。针对这些困境,笔者结合浙江水利水电学院数智中心在水利科普的实践探索经验,探寻构建多元化内容体系,完善互动参与机制,强化政策引导与资源保障等路径,实现受众需求精准对接、科普效率显著提升与双向互动机制构建,促进水利科普向精准化、高效化和互动化转型。
Water conservancy science popularization aims to enhance the public's awareness of water resources and promote the development of water conservancy undertakings.However,at present,water conservancy science popularization is confronted with difficulties such as unitary content and form,ambiguous audience positioning,insufficient policy support and resource input,and inadequate development in professional team building.In response to these predicaments,drawing on the practical exploration experience of the Digital Intelligence Center of Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power in the field of water conservancy science popularization,paths such as building a diversified content system,improving the interactive participation mechanism,and strengthening policy guidance and resource guarantee were explored,so as to achieve precise alignment with audience demands,significant improvement in science popularization efficiency,and the construction of a two-way interactive mechanism,thereby,promoting the transformation of water conservancy science popularization towards precision,efficiency and interactivity.
