摘要
学科交叉融合是科学发展的必然趋势,是新学科诞生的必经之路。文章通过分析现阶段医学院校健康教育遇到的教育困境及医体化教学模式在新时代医学院校体育教学中的必要性和可行性,即:以体育课程作为健康教育的主体课程,把健康教育融入医学教育的多个课程体系;实现以多学科融合发展为契机、促进健康教育多学科融合发展的目标;提高医学生的大健康观念和健康素养,将体育作为健康教育的主体课程,促进医体化教学融合在新时代医学院校体育教学中的高质量发展。八段锦作为一种结合医学和体育的健身方法,在医学院校的教学中具有很大的潜力和价值。文章通过合理的课程设计和教学实施,进一步挖掘八段锦作为医学院校医体化教学融合模式的体育教学实践,促进学生全面发展。
Interdisciplinary integration is an inevitable trend in scientific development and a necessary path for the birth of new disciplines.This study analyzes the educational difficulties encountered in health education in medical colleges at present and the necessity and feasibility of the"medical integration"teaching model in physical education teaching in medical colleges in the new era:that is,taking physical education courses as the main curriculum of health education and integrating health education into multiple curriculum systems of medical education.To achieve the goal of promoting the integration of multiple disciplines in health education through the opportunity of interdisciplinary development.Improve the overall health concept and health literacy of medical students,make physical education the main course of health education,and promote the high-quality development of"medical physical education"teaching integration in physical education teaching in medical colleges in the new era.Ba Duan Jin,as a fitness method that combines medicine and sports,has great potential and value in the teaching of medical schools.This study further explores the sports teaching practice of Ba Duan Jin as a"medical sports integration"teaching model in medical colleges through reasonable curriculum design and teaching implementation,promoting students'comprehensive development.
