摘要
腐蚀评级是机械设计质量控制的关键环节。文章针对传统方法的局限,系统性构建了一个AI智能检测平台,详细介绍了其系统架构与基于深度学习的关键技术。实际案例验证证实,该平台在腐蚀评级中具备显著的准确性与效率优势,为提升机械设计质量提供了一种有效的智能化新方法。
Corrosion rating is a key step in quality control of mechanical design.Aiming at the limitations of traditional methods,this paper systematically constructed an AI intelligent detection platform,and introduced its system architecture and key technologies based on deep learning in detail.The actual case verification shows that the platform has significant advantages in accuracy and efficiency in corrosion rating,and provides an effective and intelligent new method for improving the quality of mechanical design.
