摘要
当前配电变压器更换工程的造价管理方法过于简单,没有结合多种影响因素进行考量,经常出现造成工程的实际造价高于预估造价的情况,不利于投资者对配电变压器更换工程进行经济决策。为此,研究了一种基于加权系数的配电变压器更换工程造价管理方法。通过建立一套基于加权系数的造价管理数学模型,结合配电变压器更换工程中的影响因素创建一套新的造价管理归类方法,依据广东省工程实例推算出各影响因素的加权系数。该造价管理方法充分考量工程建设中影响造价的各个因素,并根据各影响因素所占权重推算工程的预估造价,为投资者在工程的经济决策中提供一个全面考量的造价预估金额。
The current cost management method for the replacement of distribution transformers is too simple,without considering various influencing factors,often resulting in the actual cost of the project being higher than the estimated cost,which is not conducive to investors making economic decisions on distribution transformer replacement projects.Therefore,a cost management method for the replacement of distribution transformers based on weighted coefficients was studied.By establishing a mathematical model for cost management based on weighted coefficients and combining it with the influencing factors in distribution transformer replacement projects,a new cost management classification method is created.Based on engineering examples in Guangdong Province,the weighted coefficients of each influencing factor are calculated.This cost management method fully considers various factors that affect the cost of engineering construction,and calculates the estimated cost of the project based on the weight of each influencing factor,providing investors with a comprehensive cost estimation amount for economic decision-making in the project.
