摘要
随着电子设备的广泛应用,对开关电源的性能要求日益提高,尤其是在输入电压范围的适应性方面。为此,基于输入串联反激变换电路设计了一个适用于AC 85~250 V宽输入范围和DC 24 V输出的开关电源样机,并给出了详细的电源设计方案,以满足不同应用场景下对电源稳定性和可靠性的需求。该设计具有电气隔离、自然均压、结构简单等优点。通过实验测试,验证了所设计的开关电源在输入电压范围内,能够稳定输出预定的直流电压,且具有较高的转换效率和良好的动态响应性能。
With the wide application of electronic equipment,the performance requirements of switching power supply are increasing,especially in the adaptability of input voltage range.In this paper,a switching power supply prototype is designed based on the input series reverse converter circuit,which is suitable for the wide input range of AC 85~250 V and the output of DC 24 V,and the detailed power supply design scheme is given to meet the needs of power stability and reliability in different application scenarios.The design has the advantages of electric isolation,natural pressure equalization and simple structure.The experimental results show that the designed switching power supply can stably output DC voltage in the input voltage range,and has high conversion efficiency and good dynamic response performance.
