某测量装置大容量可充电电源模块设计

摘要 大容量可充电电源模块是某测量装置的重要组成部分,并为测量装置在测试过程中的其它各功能模块提供相应的电源。针对测试需求中工作时间长,环境恶劣,温度变化范围大的特点,设计了一种基于铅酸电池的双备份电源模块,采用达林顿管式充电电路给电池充电,通过低压差电源转换芯片输出系统所需的各种电压,同时利用二极管的单向导电性实现双备份可靠性设计。该电源模块可在-45℃~60℃环境下以3 A电流输出正常工作5 h,满足测量装置试验需求。 The rechargeable power supply module of high-capacity is an important part of a measuring device,andprovides the different power supply requirements for other module in the device. According to the characteristics ofthe long hours working,harsh environment and wide temperature range in the testing work,a double backup powersupply system based on lead-acid battery is designed. This module brings forward a charging circuit based on Dar-lington for rechargeable battery,and can produce all power supply that the measurement system required throughadjustable low-dropout regulators. To improve the reliability of the system,the design uses unidirectional conductivi-ty of diode to realize double backup supply. The power supply module can work 5 hours with 3 A output current nor-mally in-45 ℃~60 ℃ environment,and meets the demand of measuring test.highcapacitydarlingtonleadacid batterydouble backup
