With the rapid development of fieldbus technology, its digital and networked applications make the field control function.Consequently, the demand for bus technology in industrial automation, system intelligence and higher-level information management and decision support is increasingly growing within nuclear power DCS systems. In order to smoothly integrate the fieldbus equipment and realize the unified processing of data from different sources, this paper proposes an architecture that supports multi-bus communication, which can parse and convert data in multiple protocol formats,so as to seamlessly integrate the data into the existing DCS system and ensure data consistency and management efficiency. This solution has been applied in Units 1&2 of the Huizhou Nuclear Power Plant. It not only effectively solves the problem of processing open data, but also significantly reduces the impact of device integration on the overall stability of the system. At the same time, the scheme fully considers the scalability and compatibility, ensuring that future requirements for new equipment integration can be met without changes to the core architecture, thereby guaranteeing efficient and stable operation of the DCS.In summary, the solution proposed in this paper provides an effective approach to the integration of multi-protocol data in the DCS system in the face of diversified equipment access, and holds significant practical value and broad potential for promotion for improving the automation level of the nuclear power industry.
