摘要
高硬脆材料常用在碳钢基线的表面电镀了Ni和金刚石复合层的线锯来锯切。W硬度高、延展性佳,可拉拔到直径≤50μm的细丝,在钨丝表面电镀Ni与金刚石复合层制成的线锯,锯切的线缝窄、效率高。W是一种高价值的稀有金属,因此废W的回收有重要的经济和社会效益。目前用强酸溶解来回收报废的钨丝基线电镀金刚石线锯中的W、Ni和金刚石,回收的环保要求和成本高、危险废物排放量大。本文研究了利用电镀金刚石的废镀液为主的退镀液,对报废的钨丝基线电镀金刚石线锯进行退镀Ni和金刚石,完整保留钨丝回收,退镀过程沉积在阴极的Ni,其纯度可达到99.9%,沉淀的金刚石,收集后可作为各种磨料的原料,退镀装置不产生额外的危险废物排放,有一定的经济和社会效益。
The wire saw of Ni and diamond plated on surface of carbon steel baseline is commonly used to cut high hardness,and brittleness materials.W has high hardness and good ductility,which can be drawn into fine wire up to≤50μm.The wire saw is made by electroplating a composite layer of Ni and diamond on the surface of the W wire,which can result in narrow wire gap and high cutting efficiency.W is a rare metal with high value,so the recycling of waste W has important economic and social benefits.But currently,strong acid dissolution is used to recycle W,Ni,and diamond from scrapped electroplated diamond wire saws baseline of W wire,which has higher environmental requirements and costs,larger hazardous waste emissions.This article has studied the use of waste plating solution for electroplating diamond as the main solution,to remove the electroplated layer of scrapped electroplated diamond wire saws with baseline of W wire,which can completely preserve the W wire and allow it to be reused.The Ni is deposited on the cathode during the removing the electroplated Layer,its purity can reach 99.9%.The precipitated diamonds can be collected and used as raw materials for various abrasives.The device of removing the electroplated layer does not generate additional hazardous waste emissions,which still has certain economic and social benefits.
