摘要
该研究通过梳理“家文化”在家庭、社区、企业等典型场景中的常见元素,将家文化迁移至职业院校中,形成理念认同、情感沟通、活动共创和制度温度为核心要素的家文化建设理念。在此基础上设计问卷,对师生进行调研,梳理并提炼出职业院校家文化建设实践中存在的情感缺位与制度刚性等问题清单。并提出,通过理念引领、行为互动与制度柔性化设计,构建具有温度与责任共生特征的校园文化建设路径。该研究旨在为职业院校实现文化育人、人本管理和制度柔性化提供理论依据与实践范式,促进师生共同体建设与校园精神文明提升。
This study systematically examines the core elements of"family culture"in typical contexts such as households,communities,and enterprises,and adapts them to vocational colleges,forming a family culture construction framework centered on ideological identification,emotional communication,collaborative activities,and institutional warmth.On this basis,it designs a questionnaire to conduct research on teachers and students,sorts out and extracts a list of emotional deficiencies and institutional rigidity in the practice of family culture construction in vocational colleges.By integrating conceptual guidance,behavioral interaction,and flexible institutional design,this research constructs a campus culture model characterized by warmth and shared responsibility.The study aims to provide theoretical foundations and practical paradigms for vocational colleges to achieve cultural education,humanistic management,and institutional adaptability,thereby fostering community-building among teachers and students and enhancing campus spiritual civilization.
