摘要
目的:探究树脂填充后全瓷贴面修复对上前牙缺损患者美学效果的影响。方法:选取2020年11月-2023年11月笔者医院收治的100例上前牙缺损患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(采用树脂填充)和观察组(采用树脂填充后全瓷贴面修复),每组50例。对比两组患者的修复效果、美学效果、修复前后牙体敏感程度及口腔健康程度。结果:修复后,两组红色美学指数(Pink Esthetic Score,PES)评分明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05);两组白色美学指数(White Aesthetic Score,WES)评分明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。修复后,两组Ryge评分及口腔健康影响程度量表(Oral Health Impact Profile-14,OHIP-14)评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于上前牙缺损患者,树脂填充后全瓷贴面修复较单纯树脂填充修复的牙体美学效果更优,有助于改善牙体敏感程度及口腔健康程度,减少不良事件的发生。
Objective Investigating the efect of resin-filled posterior all-ceramic veneer restorations on the aesthetic outcome of patients with upper anterior tooth defects.Methods 100 cases of patients with upper anterior tooth defects admitted to the hospital from November 2020 to November 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(resin filling)and the observation group(resin filling followed by all-ceramic veneer restoration)according to the different treatments,with 50 cases each.The restorative efect,aesthetic efect,degree of tooth sensitivity and oral health before and after restoration were compared between the two groups.Results After repair,PES score was significantly increased,and PES score in observation group was higher than that in control group(all P<0.05),WES score was significantly decreased,and WES score was lower than that in control group(all P<0.05).After repair,Ryge score and OHIP-14 score were significantly lower in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Resin-filled all-ceramic veneer restorations are more aesthetically pleasing to the tooth than resin-filled restorations alone,helping to improve tooth sensitivity and oral health,and reducing the incidence of adverse events.
