摘要
目的:探讨上睑提升术中切除之眉下复合组织在眼部年轻化中的再利用效果。方法:选择笔者医院2015年1月-2023年6月收治的68例接受上睑提升术就医者为研究对象,将其按照不同手术方式分为对照组(n=23,常规眉下切口上睑提升)、观察1组(n=24,眉下上睑提升、眉下复合组织瓣上睑凹陷填充)、观察2组(n=22,眉下上睑提升、眉下复合组织瓣隆眉)。对比三组上睑松垂、上睑凹陷改善情况、眉毛高度变化以及满意度。结果:观察1组、2组术后1个月、3个月、6个月MCMFD、MPMFD、LCMFD和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察1组术后上睑饱满度明显改善;观察2组术后LCBH、MPBH、MCBH明显高于术前(P<0.05),两个观察组的术后满意度均高于对照组,非常满意率有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:在眉下切口上睑提升术中利用原切除之眉下组织形成带蒂复合组织瓣能够有效解决上睑凹陷和眉部低平,可以起到一举多得的综合眼眉美容、年轻化效果,值得积极推广。
Objective To investigate the reutilization efect of subbrow complex tissue flap excised in subbrow blepharoplasty.Methods A total of 68 patients with upper eyelid rejuvenation received in our outpatient department from January 2015 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group(n=23,subbrow blepharoplasty by conventional superciliary lower ridge incision),observation group 1(n=24,subbrow blepharoplasty and correction of sunken upper eyelid by subbrow complex tissue flap),and observation group 2(n=22,subbrow blepharoplasty and eyebrow augmentation by subbrow complex tissue flap)according to different surgical methods.The improvement of upper eyelid ptosis,wrinkles,sunken upper eyelid,eyebrow height change and satisfaction were compared among the three groups.Results There are no significant differences in MCMFD,MPMFD and LCMFD between observation group 1 and 2 at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).The upper eyelid fullness of observation group 1 is significantly improved after operation.Postoperative LCBH,MPBH and MCBH in observation group 2 are significantly higher than those before surgery(P<0.05),and postoperative satisfaction of the two observation groups is higher than that of the control group,with significant diferences in the very satisfaction rate(P<0.001).Conclusion The use of subbrow complex tissue to form pedicled complex tissue flap can efectively fill upper eyelid depression and eyebrow augmentation,and play a comprehensive efect of brow and upper eyelid rejuvenation,which is worthy of active promotion.
