摘要
目的:探讨应用重睑术联合自体颗粒脂肪组织注射充填治疗上睑凹陷的方法,总结其可行性及优点。方法:总结2009年8月～2011年10月的应用重睑术联合自体颗粒脂肪注射充填治疗上睑凹陷的临床病例,通过术后随访观察手术是否安全有效。结果:术后患者伤口均一期愈合,未见并发症,35例患者随访2周～6月,上睑凹陷均得以矫正,获得满意效果。结论:本组患者治疗结果显示应用重睑术联合自体颗粒脂肪注射充填术简单易行,安全性高,是治疗上睑凹陷的可靠选择。
Objective To describe the technique of treatment for upper eyelid depression,according to the application of blepharoplasty combined autologous granular fat transplantation,to summarize the feasibility and advantages. Methods From August 2009 to December 2011, we summarized 35 cases who accepted this treatment, to judge the safety and effectiveness of the application. Results The follow-up period ranged from 2 weeks to 6 months, no complications occurred,all cases gained satisfactory outcomes. Conclusions Our treatments illustrate that the application of blepharoplasty combined autologous granular fat transplantation in treatment of the deformity of upper eyelid depression is easy and effective, which is a reliable technique.
