摘要
目的:观察可注射富血小板纤维蛋白(i-PRF)联合自体脂肪颗粒修复面部凹陷的美学效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2024年1月笔者医院收治的90例面部凹陷就医者病例资料进行回顾性分析,依据手术方法不同分为对照组(n=42)与联合组(n=44)。对照组采用自体脂肪颗粒移植修复,联合组采用i-PRF联合自体脂肪颗粒移植修复。统计比较两组修复效果、移植脂肪存活率、二次填充率、并发症发生情况及就医者满意度。结果:术后6个月,联合组修复优良率为88.64%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);联合组术后1、3、6个月移植脂肪存活率均高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组二次填充率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组就医者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:i-PRF联合自体脂肪颗粒移植修复面部凹陷可有效提高移植脂肪存活率,降低二次填充率,且美学效果好,就医者满意度高,值得临床推荐。
Objective To observe the cosmetic results of injectable platelet-rich fibrin(i-PRF)combined with autologous fat particles in repairing facial depression.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with facial depression admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into control group(n=42)and combined group(n=44).The control group was repaired with autologous fat granule transplantation,and the combined group was repaired with i-PRF combined with autologous fat granule transplantation.The repair effect,survival rate of transplanted fat,secondary filling rate,complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 6 months after operation,the excellent and good repair rate of the combined group was 88.64%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).The survival rate of transplanted fat in the combined group was higher than that in the control group at 1,3,and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The secondary filling rate of the combined group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant diference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion i-PRF combined with autologous fat granule transplantation in repairing facial depression can efectively improve the survival rate of transplanted fat,reduce the secondary filling rate,and has good aesthetic efect and high satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
