摘要
水电站油流系统是机组安全稳定运行的重要组成部分。传统油流监测方式存在实时性差、精度低等缺陷。本文研究开发了一套基于工业以太网的油流总量测控报警系统,可以通过高精度磁致伸缩传感器实现数据采集,结合中位值滤波卡尔曼算法进行数据处理,建立油量平衡模型。该系统在新干航电站应用表明:油位测量精度达到±0.05%,总油量计算误差控制在±0.5%内,年度液压油消耗量降低35%。实践证实,该系统对提升水电站设备管理水平具有重要意义。
The oil flow system in hydropower stations is a crucial component for the safe and stable operation of the generating units.Traditional monitoring methods suffer from drawbacks such as poor real-time performance and low accuracy.This paper researches and develops an oil flow total quantity measurement and alarm system based on industrial Ethernet.Data acquisition is achieved through high-precision magnetostrictive sensors,and data processing is performed using a median-filtered Kalman algorithm to establish an oil quantity balance model.Application at the Xingan Hydropower Station demonstrates that the oil level measurement accuracy reaches±0.05%,the total oil quantity calculation error is controlled within±0.5%,and the annual hydraulic oil consumption is reduced by 35%.Practice has proven that this system is of great significance for improving the management level of hydropower station equipment.
