摘要
浙江亚龙智能开发的YL-158GA1是一套高性价比、功能强大的现代电气控制实训设备,同时也是全国职业院校技能大赛的比赛设备,非常适合高等职业院校装备制造类专业课程改革需要。YL-158GA1可选择使用西门子S7-1500/1200系列PLC,通过工业以太网构成多级网络控制系统,满足教学与实训的需求。研究讨论单台设备使用实时以太网实现控制功能,多台设备通过以太网连接及S7协议实现车间级参数通信,以及多台设备之间通过MRPD协议实现IRT冗余通信的网络系统构建,为充分发挥设备专业课程建设方面的功能提供了技术基础。
YL-158GA1,developed by Zhejiang Yalong Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd.,is a cost-effective and powerful modern electrical control training equipment.It also serves as the competition equipment for the National Vocational College Skills Competition,making it an important device for curriculum reform in equipment manufacturing majors of higher vocational colleges.YL-158GA1 can optionally adopt Siemens S7-1500/1200 series PLCs to form a multi-level network control system via industrial Ethernet,so as to meet the requirements of teaching and practical training.This article studies and discusses the construction of a network system:real-time Ethernet is used to realize control functions for a single device;multiple devices are connected via Ethernet and S7 protocol to achieve workshop-level communication and parameter transmission;and IRT redundant communication between multiple devices is achieved through MRPD protocol.This provides a technical foundation for giving full play to the role of equipment in professional curriculum construction.
