摘要
文章针对柴油加氢脱硫装置开展节能改造措施,并对这些措施给工艺效率带来的影响进行系统评估,通过优化反应器温度分布与改进催化剂活性以及更新换热网络这些方式,实验装置的硫含量从850 mg/L降低到了10 mg/L以下,同时能耗下降了17.3%,热回收系统的效率提升了23.5%,氢气消耗减少了12.8%,催化剂的寿命延长了1.4倍。节能改造不但显著降低了能源消耗,而且提高了产品质量并减少了环境排放。
This paper focuses on energy saving renovation measures for diesel hydrodesulfurization units and conducts a systematic assessment of the impact of these measures on process efficiency.Through optimizing the temperature distribution of the reactor,improving the activity of the catalyst,and updating the heat exchange network,the sulfur content of the experimental device has decreased from 850 mg/L to below 10 mg/L,and the energy consumption has decreased by 17.3%at the same time.The efficiency of the heat recovery system has increased by 23.5%.Hydrogen consumption was reduced by 12.8%,the lifespan of the catalyst was extended by 1.4 times,and the energy saving renovation not only significantly lowered energy consumption but also improved product quality and reduced environmental emissions.
