柴油加氢精制装置的模拟与参数优化

摘要 为提高柴油的产品质量,同时增强柴油加氢精制工艺的环保性,基于Aspen Plus化工模拟软件对柴油加氢精制装置中的脱硫装置进行模拟与参数优化。在加氢脱硫塔中,以RadFrac模型为操作单元,以Electrolyte NRTL为热力学方程,以甲基二乙醇胺为气体脱硫脱碳的有机胺电解质溶液。经模拟,脱硫塔的理论塔板数为6层,塔板效率为0.30,模拟脱硫率为99.77%;在脱硫塔气体入塔温度为24℃、电解液溶液流量为5100 kg·h^(-1)的条件下,脱硫气体中的硫化氢质量分数为9.8 μg·g^(-1)。 In order to improve the quality of diesel products and enhance the environmental protection of diesel hydrotreating process,the desulfurization device in diesel hydrotreating unit was simulated and optimized based on Aspen Plus chemical simulation software.In the hydrodesulfurization tower,the RadFrac model was used as the operating unit,the Electrolyte NRTL was used as the thermodynamic equation,and the methyl diethanolamine was used as the organic amine electrolyte solution for gas desulfurization and decarburization.After simulation,the theoretical plate number of the desulfurization tower was six,the plate efficiency was 0.30,and the simulated desulfurization rate was 99.77%.The mass fraction of hydrogen sulfide in the desulfurization gas was 9.8 μg·g^(-1) under the condition that the inlet temperature of the desulfurization tower gas was 24℃and the flow rate of the electrolyte solution was 5100 kg·h^(-1).
