摘要
新版《职业教育法》于2022年颁布实施,并首次以立法形式确立职业教育的独立地位。在法律施行后,对中职教师的专业素养提升也愈发重视,并逐渐成为撬动职教改革的关键支点。据此,本文尝试建立“职业性—教育性—人文性”的三维教师素养模型:“职业性”作为素养的基础和源泉;“教育性”是实现素养的关键路径;“人文性”是素养的最终归宿,三者相互交融并相互影响,共同促进教师素养发展。然而,当前存在“产教融合”机制并不健全、教师评价体系结构不合理、人文性素养培养缺失等问题,并基于此提出:加强校企合作、建立健全以能力为导向的评价体系、完善服务教师专业发展的全方位支持体系三点建议,以期引导新时代中职教师从传统的“知识传递者”转型为具备产业技术实践能力、教学转化能力、价值引领能力的复合型教育者。
The newly revised"Vocational Education Law"was promulgated and implemented in 2022,which for the first time legally established the independent status of vocational education.Following the implementation of the law,increasing emphasis has been placed on enhancing the professional competence of secondary vocational school teachers,which has gradually become a key lever for driving the reform of vocational education.In response,this paper attempts to construct a three-dimensional teacher competency model encompassing"vocational proficiency,""pedagogical expertise,"and"humanistic cultivation."In this framework,"vocational proficiency"serves as the foundation and source of competency,"pedagogical expertise"represents the critical pathway to achieving competency,and"humanistic cultivation"constitutes the ultimate goal of competency development.These three dimensions interact and influence one another,collectively fostering teacher growth.However,several challenges persist,including an underdeveloped industry-education integration mechanism,structural flaws in the teacher evaluation system,and a lack of emphasis on humanistic competency development.To address these issues,this paper proposes three recommendations:strengthening school-enterprise collaboration,establishing a sound competency-oriented evaluation system,and improving a comprehensive support system for teachers'professional development.The aim is to guide secondary vocational school teachers in transitioning from traditional"knowledge transmitters"to versatile educational professionals equipped with industry technical skills,teaching transformation capabilities,and value-guiding competencies.
