摘要
本文以“双师型”教师培训需求与人力资源规划的关联性为研究对象,通过分析双师型教师内涵特征、培训需求现状及人力资源规划实践,探讨两者在职业教育发展中的内在联系。研究发现,双师型教师培训需求与人力资源规划之间存在政策协同、动态调整、资源协同和评价反馈四大关联机制,两者相互促进、相互支撑。基于此,本文提出基于胜任力模型的双师型教师培养策略,为职业院校高素质“双师型”教师队伍建设提供实践指导。
This article takes the correlation between the training needs of"dual qualified"teachers and human resource planning as the research object.By analyzing the connotation characteristics of dual qualified teachers,the current situation of training needs,and human resource planning practices,it explores the inherent connection between the two in the development of vocational education.Research has found that there are four major correlation mechanisms between the training needs of dual qualified teachers and human resource planning:policy synergy,dynamic adjustment,resource synergy,and evaluation feedback.The two promote and support each other.Based on this,this article proposes a dual teacher training strategy based on the competency model,providing practical guidance for the construction of a high-quality"dual teacher"teaching team in vocational colleges.
