摘要
目的:探讨四黄油纱、生肌膏联合水胶体敷料在慢性伤口治疗中的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年6月江门市五邑中医院恩平分院内二科收治的70例慢性伤口患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35,采用医用水胶体敷料干预)与观察组(n=35,在对照组基础上使用四黄油纱、生肌膏治疗)。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预2周后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组伤口愈合时间较对照组短(P<0.001)。干预2周后,两组伤口面积减小,且观察组比对照组小(P<0.001)。观察组伤口愈合率高于对照组(P=0.024)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P=0.046)。结论:四黄油纱、生肌膏联合水胶体敷料可促进慢性伤口愈合,减小伤口面积,减轻患者疼痛,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Sihuang medicinal oil gauze and Shengji ointment combined with hydrocolloid dress⁃ing in chronic wound treatment.Methods:A total of 70 patients with chronic wounds admitted to the Second Department of Internal Medicine at Enping Branch of Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangmen City from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into the control group(n=35,receiving medical hydrocolloid dressing intervention)and the observation group(n=35,receiving Sihuang medicinal oil gauze and Shengji ointment treatment on the basis of control group)according to the random number table method.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults:After 2 weeks of intervention,the visual analogue scale scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).After 2 weeks of intervention,the wound areas in the two groups decreased,and this parameter in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.001).The wound healing rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.024).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the con⁃trol group(P=0.046).Conclusion:Sihuang medicinal oil gauze and Shengji ointment combined with hydrocolloid dressing can pro⁃mote the healing of chronic wounds,reduce the wound area,relieve the pain of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
