摘要
目的探讨水胶体敷料在无创正压通气患者鼻部压疮防治中的应用效果。方法选择2024年1月至2025年1月在河南省人民医院行无创正压通气治疗的68例患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用水胶体敷料张贴干预,并给予集束化护理干预,分析患者鼻部压疮发生率和压疮程度,评估患者治疗期间舒适度。结果68例接受无创正压通气治疗的患者共有7例出现鼻部压疮,发生率为10.29%,其中Ⅰ期4例(66.67%),Ⅱ期2例(33.33%);患者评分为(81.06±4.58)分。结论水胶体敷料干预可有效降低行无创正压通气治疗患者鼻部压疮发生风险,还可提高患者舒适度。
Objective To explore the application effect of hydrocolloid dressings in the prevention and treatment of nasal pressure ulcers in patients undergoing non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.Methods Sixty-eight patients who underwent non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were treated with hydrocolloid dressings and received cluster nursing intervention..The incidence and severity of nasal pressure ulcers in the patients were compared,and the comfort level of the patients during the treatment period was evaluated.Results Among the 68 patients who received non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment,a total of 7 cases developed nasal pressure ulcers,with an incidence rate of 10.29%.Among them,4 cases(66.67%)were in stage Ⅰ and 2 cases(33.33%)were in stage Ⅱ.The score of the patient was(81.06±4.58)points.Conclusions The cluster nursing combined with hydrocolloid dressing application intervention can effectively reduce the risk of nasal pressure ulcers in patients undergoing non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment,and also improve patient comfort,has the value of promotion and application.
