双歧杆菌联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Bifidobacterium Combined with Sulfasalazine in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Ulcerative Colitis

摘要 目的:探讨双歧杆菌联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床效果。方法:将2023年1月—2025年6月广州市荔湾中心医院收治的100例轻中度UC患者按照随机数字表法分为常规组(给予柳氮磺吡啶治疗)和联合组(在常规组基础上给予双歧杆菌活菌胶囊治疗),各50例。对比两组治疗效果。结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P=0.021)。治疗后,两组改良Mayo、溃疡性结肠炎内镜下严重程度指数评分降低,且联合组比常规组低(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平降低,白细胞介素-10水平升高,且联合组改善幅度比常规组大(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组双歧杆菌、乳酸菌增多,大肠埃希菌减少(P<0.05),且联合组改善幅度比常规组大(P<0.001)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.646)。结论:双歧杆菌联合柳氮磺吡啶能够调节轻中度UC患者肠道菌群,减轻炎性反应,促进肠黏膜愈合,且安全性较高。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bifidobacterium combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of mild to mod⁃erate ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:From January 2023 to June 2025,one hundred patients with mild to moderate UC admitted to Guangzhou Liwan Central Hospital were divided into the conventional group(treated with sulfasalazine)and the combined group(treated with bifidobacterium live capsules on the basis of the conventional group)according to the random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the com⁃bined group was higher than that of the conventional group(P=0.021).After treatment,the modified Mayo and endoscopic severity index scores of ulcerative colitis in both groups decreased,and the combined group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in both groups decreased,while the level of in⁃terleukin-10 increased.Moreover,the improvement amplitude in the combined group was greater than that in the conventional group(P<0.001).After treatment,the bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria in both groups increased,while Escherichia coli de⁃creased(P<0.05),and the improvement amplitude in the combined group was greater than that in the conventional group(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.646).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium combined with sulfasalazine can regulate the intestinal flora of patients with mild to moderate UC,re⁃duce inflammatory responses,promote intestinal mucosal healing,and has relatively high safety.
