摘要
目的挖掘分析《中国药膳大辞典》中脾胃虚寒证药膳方的组方规律。方法以《中国药膳大辞典》为处方来源,运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)构建脾胃虚寒体质药膳方数据库,应用频数统计、关联规则、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,分析其组方规律。结果共纳入414个药膳方,涉及原料284种,其中食材156种、中药材104种、调味品24种;关联规则得到常用原料组合18个;聚类分析得到新组方17个。结论《中国药膳大辞典》中脾胃虚寒证的药膳类型以菜肴和汤羹类为主;药膳方原料主要归脾、肺、胃经;味甘辛、性温平。
Objective To explore and analyze the formulation patterns of medicated diets for the deficiency cold of the spleen and stomach pattern recorded in the Dictionary of Chinese Medicated Diets.Methods Using the Dictionary of Chinese Medicated Diets as the prescription source,a database of medicated diet formulas for the deficiency cold of the spleen and stomach pattern was constructed with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).Data mining methods,including frequency statistics,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis,were applied to analyze their formulation patterns.Results A total of 414 medicated diet formulas were included,involving 284 types of ingredients,among which,156 were food ingredients,104 were raw Chinese medicines,and 24 were seasonings.Association rule mining yielded 18 frequently used ingredient combinations,and cluster analysis obtained 17 new formulations.Conclusion The medicated diets for the deficiency cold of the spleen and stomach pattern recorded in the Dictionary of Chinese Medicated Diets are predominantly in the form of dishes and soups.The ingredients primarily target the spleen,lung,and stomach meridians,and are sweet and pungent in flavor and warm and neutral in nature.
