摘要
劳动既是人类创新并积累财富的过程,也是人类自我创造、自我完善的过程。劳动教育是全面育人体系的重要组成部分,更是培养人的关键途径。“双减”背景下,中小学劳动教育获得了充足的时空保障,这既有助于让家长全面认识劳动教育的育人价值,也为学校有效开展劳动教育打开了新局面。然而,中小学劳动教育真正实现“提质增效”,仍面临诸多现实困境,如家长与教师的劳动教育责任意识尚显薄弱、劳动教育课程质量亟须提高、专业化劳动教育教师队伍建设仍有欠缺、劳动教育缺乏科学系统的评价标准等。因此,需通过家校达成注重劳动教育共识、形成育人合力,构建体系化、特色化和实践化的劳动教育课程体系,打造专兼结合、赋能增效的劳动教育教师队伍,探索主体多元、方式多样的劳动教育评价模式等途径,以有效推进中小学劳动教育。
Labor is not only a process of human innovation and accumulation of wealth,but also a process of human self-creation and self-improvement.Labor education constitutes an important component of the holistic education system and,more importantly,serves as a pivotal approach to talent cultivation.Against the backdrop of the“double reduction”policy,labor education in primary and secondary schools has been guaranteed with ample time and space.This not only helps parents form a comprehensive understanding of the educational value of labor education,but also opens up a new prospect for schools to carry out labor education in an effective manner.Nevertheless,for labor education in primary and secondary schools to truly achieve the goal of“quality improvement and efficiency enhancement”,it still faces a host of practical dilemmas.These include the relatively weak sense of responsibility for labor education among parents and teachers,the urgent need to improve the quality of labor education courses,the insufficient development of a professional teaching force for labor education,and the lack of scientific and systematic evaluation criteria for labor education.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the sound development of labor education in primary and secondary schools effectively through such approaches as building a consensus on the emphasis of labor education between families and schools to form a synergy for education,constructing a systematic,distinctive and practice-oriented labor education curriculum system,fostering a teaching team for labor education that combines full-time and part-time teachers and focuses on capacity building and efficiency improvement,and exploring a multi-subject and diversified evaluation model for labor education.
