Guerbet醇嵌段聚醚硫酸盐的物化性能

摘要 以Guerbet C16醇、环氧乙烷(EO)、环氧丙烷(PO)为原料,经氨基磺酸磺化制备了Guerbet醇聚醚硫酸盐表面活性剂GC16PmEnAS。通过FTIR,1H NMR对GC16PmEnAS结构进行表征,考察了GC16PmEnAS的溶解性、表面活性、界面活性、乳化性和界面黏弹性。实验结果表明,活性剂在低温下具有良好的溶解性,EO基团数越高,亲水性越强,耐盐性好,达到最低界面张力的最佳盐度增大;PO基团数越高,疏水性越强,临界胶束浓度越低;调整EO和PO的量可改变等效烷烃碳数。在GC16P6E6AS中加入0.3%(w)低碳醇(异戊醇)能够提升油相乳化率,在NaCl质量分数为3%时,油相乳化率可达80%,乳液稳定性最好。 A series of Guerbet alcohol polyether sulfate surfactants GC16PmEnAS were prepared by sulfonation with amino sulfonic acid by using Guerbet C16 alcohol,ethylene oxide(EO),and propylene oxide(PO)as raw materials.The structural properties of the product were characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR,and its solubility,surface/interface activity,emulsifying ability,and interfacial viscoelasticity were evaluated.The results indicate that the surfactants have good solubility at low temperatures.In the case of a higher EO group number,the hydrophilicity is stronger,and the salt tolerance is better.Additionally,the optimal salinity increases for achieving the lowest interfacial tension.At a higher PO group number,the hydrophobicity is stronger,and the critical micelle concentration is lower.Adjusting the EO and PO amounts can change the equivalent alkane carbon number.Adding 0.3%(w)lower alcohol(isoamyl alcohol)to GC16P6E6AS can improve the oil phase emulsification rate.Under the mass fraction of NaCl is 3%,the oil phase emulsification rate can reach 80%,and the emulsion has the best stability.
