P22成核剂对聚己二酰间苯二甲胺/玻璃纤维复合材料性能的影响

Effect of P22 nucleating agent on properties of poly(m-xylylene adipamide)/glass fiber composites

摘要 以聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)/玻璃纤维(GF)复合材料为研究对象,采用DSC、XRD、偏光显微镜和毛细管流变仪等方法考察了P22成核剂对MXD6/GF复合材料的力学性能、耐热性能、结晶性能和流变性能的影响。实验结果表明,当P22含量由0.05%(w)增加至0.50%(w)时,MXD6/GF复合材料的力学性能略降低,热变形温度由93.4℃提高至195.0℃以上;当P22含量为0.10%(w)时,非牛顿指数明显增加,熔体切敏性降低,加工性能改善;当P22含量为0.30%(w)时,P22对MXD6/GF复合材料具有异相成核作用,使晶体尺寸减小,晶体均匀性提高,晶型为准α晶型,结晶度和结晶速率达到最大,GF在MXD6中分散均匀且与MXD6的界面黏结好,“空芯”现象明显改善。 The effects of P22 nucleating agent on the mechanical,heat resistance,crystallization and rheological properties of poly(m-xylylene adipamide)(MXD6)/glass fiber(GF)composites were investigated by DSC,XRD,a polarizing microscope,and a capillary rheometer.The results show that with the increase of P22 content from 0.05%(w)to 0.50%(w),mechanical properties of MXD6/GF composites decrease slightly,and hot deformation temperature increases from 93.4℃to higher than 195℃.When P22 content reachs 0.10%(w),the non-Newtonian index increases significantly,the melt shear sensitivity decreases,and processing properties are improved.When P22 content is 0.30%(w),P22 has obvious heterogeneous nucleation effect on MXD6/GF composites,which reduces the crystal size and improves the crystal uniformity.The crystal form is quasi-αcrystal,and the crystallinity and crystallization rate reach the maxima.GF is uniformly dispersed in MXD6 and well bonded to the interface of MXD6,and the“hollow core”phenomenon is significantly improved.
