摘要
目的:本研究通过体外实验方法考察红茶提取物的紧致抗皱及控油功效。方法:采用MTT实验评估红茶提取物对细胞的毒性,研究红茶提取物对3T3细胞分泌I型胶原蛋白、HaCaT细胞清除ROS及SZ95细胞分泌油脂的影响。采用DPPH自由基清除实验和弹性蛋白酶实验研究红茶提取物的抗氧化和紧致抗皱效果。结果:红茶提取物在浓度为0.125%到1%时,具有促进I型胶原蛋白合成的能力;浓度为0.300%时,ROS抑制率为32.450%,能够抑制活性氧的生成;在浓度为0.125%至1%时,能抑制脂质合成,且对DPPH自由基和弹性蛋白酶具有良好的抑制效果。结论:红茶提取物具有抗皱紧致和控油的功效。
Objective:To investigate the effect of black tea extract on firming,anti-wrinkle and oil control in vitro.Methods:MTT assays was used to evaluate the toxicity of black tea extract to cells.The effects of black tea extract on type I collagen secretion in 3T3 cells,ROS clearance in HaCaT cells and oil secretion in SZ95 cells were studied.The antioxidant,firming and anti-wrinkle effects of black tea extract was studied by DPPH free radical scavenging experiment and elastase experiment.Results:When the concentration of black tea extract was 0.125%to 1%,it could promote the synthesis of type I collagen.When the concentration was 0.300%,the ROS inhibition rate was 32.450%,which could inhibit the generation of ROS.When the concentration is 0.125%to 1%,it can inhibit the synthesis of lipids,and has a good inhibitory effect on DPPH free radical and elastase.Conclusion:Black tea extract has the effects of anti-wrinkling,firming and oil control.
