数智时代人机融合的导航式学习:内涵特点、理论逻辑与实现路径

Navigation Learning Design of Human-computer Integration in Digital Intelligence Era:Connotation Characteristics,Theoretical Logic and Implementation Path

摘要 数智时代人机融合的导航式学习是运用人工智能技术模拟学习者进行超前学习,预测学习者未来在各种情况下可能获得的学习结果,引导学习者实现预定学习目标的一种学习设计。它遵循具身学习、建模预测和行动循证的理论逻辑:通过具身模拟,择评同步,助力学习者自主管理;通过快速建模,算法预测,支持学习者自导设计;通过行动循证,预见结果,促发学习者自我生长。在人工智能技术的支持下,导航式学习设计采取“创建学习图谱-设定初始参数-明确预期航标-选择最优路径-实时评判调整-引导达成目标”的实现路径,在未来人机融合的数智时代,它很可能会成为一种实现个性化学习的全新设计,其影响值得长期关注。 The navigation learning design of human-computer integration in the era of digital intelligence is a learning design that uses artificial intelligence technology to personally simulate learners’advanced learning,predict the learning results that learners may obtain in the future under various circumstances,from which learners can choose their desired goals,paths,etc.,and then use human intelligence to guide learners to achieve the predetermined learning goals.It follows the basic thinking of embodied learning,algorithmic model prediction and evidence-based action,which is mainly manifested as follows:to help learners manage independently through embodied simulation and synchronous selection and evaluation;support learner self-guided design through algorithm prediction and rapid modeling;through action evidence,foresee the results and promote learners’self-growth.With the support of artificial intelligence technology,navigational learning design takes the implementation path of“creating learning atlas-setting initial parameters-clarifying the expected navigation aids-selecting the optimal path-real-time judgment and adjustment-guiding to achieve the goal”.In the future digital intelligence era of human-computer integration,it is likely to become a new normal of learning,and its impact deserves long-term attention.
