摘要
采用光学显微镜,扫描电子显微镜等多种手段,深入研究La对AZ91镁合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:La的添加显著细化了AZ91镁合金的铸态组织,促使β-Mg17Al12相由原本的网状分布转变为断网状态分布,且在合金相界生成针状Al11La3高熔点析出相;当La含量为1.2%时,AZ91-1.2La合金的综合力学性能最优。
The influence of La on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy was studied using optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and other techniques.The results showed that the addition of La significantly refined the as cast microstructure of AZ91 magnesium alloy,promoting the transformation ofβ-Mg17Al12 phase from its original network distribution to a broken network distribution,and generating needle shaped Al11La3 high melting point precipitates at the alloy phase boundary;When the La content is 1.2%,the comprehensive mechanical properties of AZ91-1.2La alloy are optimal.
