稀土La对Cu-25Cr-La合金导电性及抗氧化性的影响

摘要 采用粉末冶金法制备了Cu-25Cr-La合金,研究了稀土La含量对合金电导率及抗氧化性能的影响,和添加La后合金氧化层的微观结构及物相组成。结果表明:随着La含量的增加,Cu-25Cr-La合金的电导率逐渐下降,抗氧化性增强,当La质量分数为0.3%时合金的综合性能较好。在800℃下氧化10 h后,Cu-25Cr合金氧化层出现裂纹、剥落现象;Cu-25Cr-0.3La合金氧化层则相对较为致密,裂纹较轻微,其氧化动力学曲线基本遵循立方规律,氧化层主要由CuO和Cr_(2)O_(3)构成。 Cu-25Cr-La alloy was prepared using powder metallurgy method,and the effects of rare earth La content on the conductivity and oxidation resistance of the alloy were investigated,as well as the microstructure and phase composition of the alloy oxide layer after La addition.The results indicate that as the La content increases,the conductivity of Cu-25Cr-La alloy gradually decreases while its oxidation resistance improves.When the mass fraction of La is 0.3%,the alloy exhibits optimal comprehensive performance.After oxidation at 800℃ for 10 h,the oxide layer of Cu-25Cr alloy exhibits cracks and spallation,whereas the oxide layer of Cu-25Cr-0.3La alloy remains relatively dense with minor cracks.The oxidation kinetic curve of the latter primarily follows a cubic law,and the oxide layer is mainly composed of CuO and Cr_(2)O_(3).
