摘要
目的:探讨互动达标理论下护理模式对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取62例2024年8月至2025年8月在本院行PCI治疗的冠心病患者随机分为两组,各组病例数均为31例。常规组接受PCI术后常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上还实施以互动达标理论为导向的结构化护理。观察患者疾病不确定感、自我管理行为变化情况及生活质量、运动耐力的改善情况。结果:干预后与常规组进行对比,干预组的MUIS-A总评分更低,CSMS总评分及SAQ总评分更高,6MWT距离更长(P<0.05)。结论:基于互动达标理论护理的引入,能够有效促进冠心病PCI术后患者降低疾病不确定感,提高自我管理行为,提升其运动耐量与生活质量,展现出积极的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the impact of a nursing model based on interactive goal-achievement theory on the rehabilitation outcomes of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 62 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in our hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine post-PCI nursing,while the intervention group received structured nursing guided by interactive goal-achievement theory in addition to routine care.Patients'illness uncertainty,self-management behaviors,quality of life,and exercise tolerance were observed.Results:After the intervention,compared to the conventional group,the intervention group had lower total scores on the MUIS-A,higher total scores on the CSMS and SAQ,and longer 6MWT distances(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing based on interactive goal-achievement theory can effectively help patients after PCI for coronary heart disease reduce illness uncertainty,improve self-management behaviors,and enhance exercise tolerance and quality of life,demonstrating positive clinical application value.
