赤水金钗石斛化学成分研究

摘要 目的:研究金钗石斛Dendrobium nobile Lindl.的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、MCI、Toyopearl HW-40C以及半制备液相等色谱技术对金钗石斛醇提物进行分离纯化,通过波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从金钗石斛醇提物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:4-hydroxy-3,5,3′-trimethoxystilbene(1)、4-hydroxy-3,3′,5-trimethoxybibenzyl(2)、香草酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、苄基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、N-p-香豆酰酪胺(5)、对羟基苯丙酸甲酯(6)、反式对羟基肉桂酸乙酯(7)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(8)、原儿茶酸(9)、香兰素(10)。结论:其中,化合物1为新天然产物,化合物3、4、7为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Dendrobium nobile.Methods:The chemical constituents of the ethanol of Dendrobium nobile were isolated and purified by silica gel,MCI,Toyopearl HW-40C and semi-preparative HPLC,and the structures were identified by spectroscopic method.Results:A total of ten compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Dendrobium nobile and identified as 4-hydroxy-3,5,3′-trimethoxystilbene(1),4-hydroxy-3,3′,5-trimethoxybibenzyl(2),vanillic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),benzyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),(E)-N-(4-hydroxyphenethyl)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acrylamide(5),methyl 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate(6),trans-p-hydroxyl ethyl cinnamate(7),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(8),protocatechuic acid(9),vanillin(10),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new natural product,compounds 3,4,7 are isolated from Dendrobium nobile for the first time.
