摘要
在中华民族伟大复兴战略全局与世界百年未有之大变局相互交织的时代背景下,对中华优秀传统劳动文化进行系统梳理与重新审视,具有极其重要的理论价值与现实意义。该文突破单纯工具性的研究视角,从文明根基的思想层面切入,借助对经典文本的历史溯源与思想剖析,系统阐释中华优秀传统劳动文化以“勤”“俭”“敬”“和”为内核的多维意蕴。研究指出,该文化内涵深深扎根于儒、道、墨等诸家学派的思想沃土,呈现出伦理、精神、自然与社会四个维度相互交织的丰富画卷。针对当代社会上存在的职业伦理失范、精神世界空虚及生态危机等现象,重新评估这一文化传统的当代价值尤为必要。它的创造性转化与创新性发展能为塑造健全的个人劳动观念、培育积极健康的社会风尚、助力国家发展战略的实施提供不可或缺的精神滋养与智慧指引。
In the context of intertwining national rejuvenation and unprecedented global changes,systematically revisiting and re-examining the excellent traditional Chinese labor culture holds profound theoretical and practical significance.Moving beyond a purely instrumental perspective,this study delves into the ideological foundations of civilization through historical tracing and ideological analysis of classical texts.It systematically elucidates the multidimensional connotations of traditional Chinese labor culture,centered on the core principles of diligence,frugality,respect,and harmony.The research reveals that this cultural heritage is deeply rooted in theideological traditions of Confucianism,Daoism,Mohism,and other schools of thought,presenting a rich tapestry interwoven with ethical,spiritual,natural,and social dimensions.It is particularly necessary to re-evaluate the contemporary value of this cultural tradition in response to the phenomena of professional ethics misconduct,spiritual emptiness,and ecological crisis that exist in contemporary society.Its creative transformation and innovative development can provide indispensable spiritual nourishment and wise guidance for shaping sound personal labor concepts,cultivating positive and healthy social trends,and assisting the implementation of national development strategies.
