摘要
在人工智能大规模应用的背景下,推动知识生产智能化对于建设中国特色新型智库具有重要支撑作用。立足于对智库知识生产机理的整体性把握,通过阐明人工智能运用与智库知识生产的关系,可以发现推动智库知识生产智能化转型具备效率提升、质量优化、范式变革和结构开放等价值,但同时也潜藏着主体失位、内容失真、伦理失范等风险。为平衡智库知识生产智能化转型中工具理性与价值理性之间的张力,应通过强化价值引领、规范技术应用、培育主体素养等举措,在智能时代构建科学、安全、高效的智库知识生产生态。
In the context of large-scale application of artificial intelligence,promoting the intelligence of knowledge production plays an important supporting role in building a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics.Based on a holistic understanding of the knowledge production mechanism of think tanks,by elucidating the relationship between the application of artificial intelligence and think tank knowledge production,it can be found that promoting the intelligent transformation of think tank knowledge production has innovative values such as efficiency improvement,quality optimization,paradigm change,and structural openness.However,at the same time,there are also hidden risks such as subject displacement,content distortion,and ethical misconduct.To balance the tension between instrumental rationality and value rationality in the intelligent transformation of think tank knowledge production,measures such as strengthening value guidance,standardizing technology application,and cultivating subject literacy should be taken to build a scientific,safe,and efficient think tank knowledge production ecology in the era of intelligence.
