摘要
针对某V型船用柴油机高压油管在可靠性试验中出现的开裂故障,从故障件断口显微结构、金相组织、材料力学性能等方面进行分析,同时采用Abaqus软件对零件进行静强度计算、疲劳强度计算。结果表明:高压油管内的油压变化对油管的强度影响较大。根据失效分析和计算机辅助工程仿真结果提出改进方案。目前,改进方案已得到试验验证。
In response to the cracking failure observed in the high-pressure fuel pipe of a V-type Ma-rine diesel engine during reliability testing,an analysis was conducted from aspects including the micro-structure of the fracture surface,metallographic structure,and mechanical properties of the failed compo-nent.Modal analysis,static strength analysis,and fatigue strength analysis were performed using Abaqus software.The results indicated that fluctuations in fule pressure within the high-pressure fuel pipe significantly impacted its strength.Based on the failure analysis and computer aided engineering simulation results,an improved design was proposed and has been validated through testing.
