摘要
应用特制的柔性腻子炸药通过爆轰方法对超高压厚壁圆筒零件进行接触式爆轰自增强处理,不需要对零件开孔部位进行封堵,工艺简单易行,安全可靠,可得到常规自增强方法难以达到的高超应变度。对内表面有纵向缺口的厚壁圆筒零件进行爆轰自增强处理后的检验结果表明,其疲劳寿命可提高5倍以上。
The strength of a thick- wall cylindric extra-high-tension unit can be raised by detonating autofrettage with special plastic explosive, without blockingup the apertures on the unit. The process is easy, safe and reliable, and offers previously unattainable level of high overstrain. A thick-wall cylindric unit with longitudinal notches on inner surface treated by this process shows a more than 6-fold increase in fatigue life.
